These past weeks have been the best
Although I know that they could end in a flash,
And I know you may just want to leave it all behind
But I'll never forget it, cause it changed my life.

Every second that our lips touched
I felt a little bit of my heart heal,

I felt as if I slipped out of my mind, and straight into yours.

I would gladly give up this gift, my power to write
